Inside the warmth of a fire creating heat, generating energy while iridescence descends outside captivating our attention, learn to be magical, exist in nature feeling sunshine throughout
Beautiful (the picture and the poem). We don't get that kind of weather but maybe once every 10 years. My hubby is from Georgia and says he doesn't miss the winter weather at all! We live in Texas...it was 76 degrees this afternoon.
Thank you Kathy. I'm glad you're enjoying my writing and pictures. 76 does sound nice. We love being outside in the snow this time of year. It does take some getting used to, but I am sure Fyn will grow up loving it. Take care.
Travel north on winding roads to lakes and rivers in the middle of nowhere. Follow tree-lined paths to arrive here. Learn a great deal about self through the journey. Seek a tree standing beside the river. I am a teacher, a writer, Fyn's dad, which by the way, is the most incredible thing. My life changed with his arrival. I've learned that our eyes open in wonder during our earliest years. Having a child returns us to the world of imagination and discovery. Each of us has a story, mine begins long ago in the kingdom. The time has come to awaken peace. This dreamer awakens.
